Founded by Kim Tarnutzer in 1996, Meeting Dynamics was established with the philosophy that every event should be considered a success each and every time. Meeting Dynamics is a leading meeting and event company serving some of the most respected companies in every business sector. With over 30 years of event production and meeting experience, the Meeting Dynamics’ team is a group of seasoned, talented and skilled professionals. Our experience ensures that we have the knowledge and expertise to create seamless meetings and events.

Meet The Team

Kim: CMP

Kim offers 30 years in the hotel and meeting industry. Kim began her career in the hotel industry after graduating with a Marketing degree. She spent many years, working in the sales departments of various hotel chains, developing her skills within the hotel environment including contract negotiations, food and beverage development, and event production. Prior to commencing Meeting Dynamics in 1996, Kim held several sales, marketing and operations positions in the hospitality and events industries, including management positions with major hotel chains, a marketing firm, and a nationally recognized production company.

Kim has strategically planned and coordinated events ranging from National Sales Meetings, annual conferences, board retreats, large scale event productions and corporate and employee incentives throughout the world.. She has worked throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Mexico, By working closely with her team, Kim insures that all details surrounding an event are executed with the intent of complete success from her client’s point of view.

Jennifer: CMP

Event Coordinator / Design - Internet-based event planning tools

Jennifer began her career with Meeting Dynamics nine years ago. Her extensive hotel, vast technology knowledge and design ability bring insight and professionalism to the team. Jennifer is an excellent multi- tasker, and is highly organized. Jennifer uses her skills to problem solve, be creative, and add flexability to help produce corporate events and meetings. She provides customized detailed registration websites to suit each events needs. She also works closely with clients to build outstanding events from the ground up. Her strong communication skills provide excellent customer service. Jennifer is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, and provides stress free exceptional events.

Danielle: CMP/ Events Coordinator

Danielle has been with Meeting Dynamics for eight years. Her successful career in both the hotel and catering industries has enabled her to provide detail oriented event coordination. She excels in logistics and operations. Danielle has experience planning a wide range of events from National Sales meetings to small board meetings, and everything in between. Her customer service and attention to detail make every event a memorable one and her organizational skills are invaluable to her clients as she plans and executes flawless events.

Teri: Event Coordinator/kids program coordinator

Teri brings years of organizational support to Meeting Dynamics. Her background in child development and teaching provide a unique skill set that enable her to produce outstanding kids programs for our groups when families are included. Incentive programs are her specialty, as the kids think she is amazing! Teri also is instrumental in the design of creative off site events and activities as well as remarkable corporate gifting ideas. She amazes clients with her creativity. Her attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion.

Elijah: Transportation

Elijah came to Meeting Dynamics with numerous years of transportation knowledge in the Limo and transportation industry. Elijah works closely with our events team to ensure all transportation needs are handled expertly and efficiently. From airport meet and greet, tracking client flights, and coordination of group buses, Elijah has the knowledge and experience to create a seamless transportation experience.


Scott brings a great deal of creativity to Meeting Dynamics. His ability to photograph both people and events with a detailed eye makes his photo prospective unique. From the most casual personal shots to the exquisite formal event, Scott’s photography brings it all to life. Scott offers our clients every option including still, group, individual head shots, family, and event photography allowing for exceptional quality prints to last a lifetime.

Design Team

Our extensive design team includes a floral designer, prop designer, lighting and décor designers. Each one of our talented design staff works diligently to ensure that our events are flawless, elegant, and exceptional in all aspects.
